Gisele and Ramon were polite, very easy to get along with and explained everything very well. I couldn't be happier with my 2015 Chevy Equinox!!! I would recommend to others and will go back myself.

I had an amazing experience going through premier auto, if i could give them 6 stars i would. I went on a test drive in a 2015 BMW 320i and felt so safe in the car. The next day I went back to buy it and the people working there made the process effortless and painless, it was a quick process. Gustavo and Giselle were the two who helped me, they were amazing! I got the car fax of the car before i purchased it and they made sure it was inspected as well. They answered the plethora of questions I had with honesty and respect, AND I did not feel pressured into buying a car like i have from other places in the past. These are good people i’d recommend anyone to go here.

We needed an inexpensive car. We found a 2011 Subaru Outback that we loved. We got a good deal as they lowered the price over 1000.00 We were told we would get a discount if we paid cash. My husband could not get enough through the ATM because they closed. We tried to venmo and had issues. We paid with Credit instead of Debit and they still gave us the cash discount. On the way home, the check engine light came on less than 5 miles down the road. We turned around but they were closed by the time we got back. We called on Monday which was a holiday weekend and they closed early but they still took the car in. We left it with them while they figured out the problem. They repaired the car and said it would have been 1300.00 in repairs. But they took care of it. Everyone there was very nice and customer oriented. We bought this in October 2024 but kept forgetting to do a review but really wanted to acknowledge them for great service.

We are very pleased with the service and personal touch Gu provided during and after the purchase. Gu was patient and responsive to all our needs. We love the vehicle. I would highly recommend going Premier ask for Gu.
