My husband and I needed to get two cars for our teenaged boys and Nickole was absolutely fantastic. We were warmly greeted by her and she answered all of our in depth questions and handled the entire process with kindness and professionalism. I went here crossing my fingers for Goodluck on getting approval for a car and everyone here was extremely helpful and kind from start to finish! I walked away with a reliable car and couldn’t be happier with the customer service here!

My husband and I have been using Premier Auto at 1180 Hooksett Rd., Hooksett, NH for a year or so. We own two vehicles. We cannot say enough about the service and people who own the business and work there. Everyone is courteous and attentive. They communicate with you during the repair process so that you know what is going on. The repairs bills are always fairly priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Premier Auto for your auto repair needs.

Read this review fully please. Gu and team are amazing! Back at the end of 2024 and early 2025 my three sons all found deals on some really good used cars in their price range here. As multi car shoppers they gave us some additional discounts and offered us some discounted maintenance work as well. Gu assisted my oldest son in finding financing. In early November 2025 my younger son’s Hyundai that he had for almost a full year with no issues had a major engine issue where the barring rod went and mixed the oil with the coolant. The nearby garage that I took it to said it would require an entire new motor. I went to speak to Gu because he is always helpful with suggestions and I am very happy that I did. He did some research and found a recall/class action suite with Hyundai for cars in that year range and a barring rod issue. He recommended I have Hyundai check it out and said he would talk to someone there if I needed assistance. Long story, short, Hyundai gave us a brand new motor and radiator installed free of charge. Go check out Premier Auto for your next vehicle, they will do everything they can to give you a good deal, make you happy as well as be there for you post-sale.
